Stolthaven invests in its employees through extensive training program and awareness, and foster participation in sporting and cultural events.

A commitment to social responsibility is also seen in prioritizing the hiring of employees with special needs.

Employement Of Handicap People

We also have a partnership with AVAPE – Association for the Valorization and Promotion of Employees with Special Needs, creating placements to perform the monitoring of the cameras in our Internal TV Circuit, for bearers of special needs.

Foster Homes Aid

We perform donations in cash during the year to assist the following institutions institutions: Casa da Vó Benedita (foster home), Casa do Sol (for the elder citizens) Casa da Esperança de Santos (for children with special needs).

 
Educational Themes Books Distribution


One of the main social responsibility projects of Stolthaven is the Project of free distribution to the children in the age group of 7 to 11 years old, from the public schools located in the perimeter of our company and also for our employees’ children, of an Book with educational themes such as prevention against drugs, preservation of the environment and citizenship habits. This project is a partnership with the Military Police of the State of São Paulo and the Brazilian Institute for Research and Cultural Statistics.

 

Winter Campaign

We also annually perform, as an initiative of our own employees, a campaign to collect winter clothes, blankets and no perishable food goods to help with the Solidarity Social Fund of the City Hall of Santos.
